Hey there, I'm Kelly!
I started my diet when I was 17, and I didn't stop for well over ten years. I was 45 pounds heavier, depressed from chronic dieting, and was binge eating multiple times daily. I took years to learn that dieting doesn’t work, and there are other tools that the diet industry doesn’t want you to know.
Once I learned why I was turning to food and implemented these strategies to stop, I was able to stop overeating and binge eating. Without me trying, the weight fell off. I now love my body, have self confidence, and learned that my body tells me everything I need to know.

How do I know if this is for me?
At the end of the day, you are the only one who knows if this is right for you. That said, take a step back and look at what you’ve done in the past. If all that has worked, would you be here? Probably not. Yes, this is different. Yes, it’s unconventional. And yet? It’s the last thing you’ll ever need because it works if you put in the work.
Will this help me lose weight?
This course cannot guarantee weight loss. You may lose weight, you may maintain, or you may even gain a bit as you body works to balance itself out. that said, you are creating a foundation to lose weight in a way that is stress free, sustainable, and enjoyable. What you will definitely lose is negative self-talk, comparisons, personal judgement and dite culture. You are going to gain so much self-love, confidence, and the tools to properly nourish your body the way we were meant to.
Do you provide refunds?
Due to the nature of this course as you get lifetime access in its entirety, there are no refunds. that said, please reach out to me as my goal is to serve you as best as I possibly can.
Do you provide meal plans?
I know probably everything you’ve ever done has told you exactly what to eat, when to eat, and why to eat it- and if that worked, I am sure you wouldn’t be here! I am not going to provide you meal plans because YOU run the show. You finally get to listen to your body, and not what an external source is telling you. YOU get to listen to your hunger cues, decide what will give you personal enjoyment, and what will make you feel your absolute best. I mean how awesome does that sound?!
Do you coach only women?
My coaching program was originally designed for women. However, if you are male, non-binary or do not identify as a woman, you are welcomed, supported & celebrated.
